One full hour or full hour and half of massage with all natural and organic lotions/oils, and may include essential oils. It is a combination of Swedish massage with other techniques tailored exclusively to your needs. It can include energy work and sound healing if requested.

It is done while you sit in a specially designed portable massage chair. May last between 10 to 30 minutes. Addresses the head, neck shoulders, back arms and hands. It provides a complete change of pace so the body and mind can relax and renew energy reserves. In a very short period of time chair massage can relieve mental stress, muscle tension, and leave people feeling both rested and energized.
C.A.R.E.S., Raindrop Technique with Vita Flex
This is a procedure that combines energy and natural medicine. It includes the use of several anti-bacterial essential oils in a sequence applied to feet, back and neck.
It helps relieve discomforts caused by imbalances in the body, especially those found in the spine. It assists in bringing the body into structural and electrical alignment. It is use often to assist the immune system. Massage is a significant component of a Raindrop treatment, particularly effleurage or light strokes with a focus on the spinal muscles. During the Raindrop Technique that I offer Vita Flex is applied to the feet. This session may last between 60 to 90 minutes.
Vita Flex Technique means "vitality through the reflexes". It is a specialized form of hand and/or foot massage that is especially effective in delivering the benefits of essential oils throughout the body. It is said to have originated in Tibet thousands of years ago. It is based on a complete network of reflex points that stimulate all the internal body systems. Oils are applied to contact points, and energy is released through electrical impulses created by contact between the fingertips and the reflex points. This electrical charge follows the nerve pathways to a break in the electrical circuit caused by toxins, damaged tissues, or loss of oxygen.
Sound Healing with Himalayan Singing Bowls
It is best for you to wear comfortable clothing, as you will be fully clothed during the session. You will be lying on the floor with the bowls around you, and on you at times. Initially the sound/vibration of these bowls assist in relaxing the body and mind. Then the sound frequencies stimulate the chakras, brain, endocrine glands and nervous system; awakening cellular memory and healing the energy body.
Energy/Bodywork
These sessions may last between 45 minutes up to one hour. Mainly Reiki, Pranic Healing, Shamanic Healing, Angelic Healing, and/or other techniques as guided or requested. Also during these sessions I may incorporate the use of crystals, sound and essential oils. Also available Crystal Healing.
